Certified Fertility Awareness Educator & Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner
My mission is to guide and support women and people who menstruate in gaining a deeper understanding of their bodies, menstrual cycles, hormones, and health, so that they can reconnect with their natural rhythms and find answers to their health questions. I believe you should be empowered with the knowledge of how your body works, so that you can make informed decisions about your reproductive and sexual health and wellbeing, and ultimately thrive.
What is fertility awareness?

Fertility awareness is the daily practice of observing your body’s signs of fertility across the menstrual cycle. This includes cervical fluid/mucus, basal body temperature, and changes in the position of your cervix. Paying attention to these things allows us to reconnect with our bodies and tap into a wealth of information that is useful for us in many different ways. It can tell us when our bodies are most fertile, when our period is coming, and how our bodies react to different foods, stressors, and situations. It also gives us special insight into our health. Then, we can use this information to help us conceive, avoid pregnancy naturally, understand and improve our health, simply learn more about our bodies, or simply make more informed decisions about how we want to take care of ourselves.
Our bodies are always talking to us, we just have to learn how to listen!

Like pulse and blood pressure, the menstrual cycle is a vital sign and a reflection of our wellbeing. Observing and charting what you experience during your period and throughout the month can give you valuable insights not only about your menstrual health, but about your hormones and overall health. Think of your period like a monthly report card that’s giving real-time feedback about what’s been working for you, and what hasn’t. A healthy menstrual cycle means a healthy body!
